Human Rights Strategy
I help enterprises and organizations become more socially responsible to deliver long-term, sustainable change and impact.
I am a young human rights activist and professional passionate about co-creating and growing socially responsible practices with women- and POC-led enterprises and organizations in social innovation and emerging tech.
I come with skills in producing research on issues in human rights, emerging technology, and international security through an anti-oppressive framework. I also provide support mainstreaming diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in your projects and workplace.
When I'm not working, I enjoy yoga, lifting, swimming, baking, reselling, travelling, and working on my novel. I'm also passionate about self-care, mental health, and wellness.

I empower start-ups and NGOs to activate project and change initiatives for social good
Start-ups, social enterprises, and non-profit organizations in tech and innovation have an opportunity to affect real change in the future by incorporating more socially responsible practices in their work from mainstreaming anti-oppressive framing into projects, to developing an anti-racist workplace culture, to committing to greener practices. Yet growing pains for any company or organization means that it can be difficult to know how or where to start.
Using research, I help people who are passionate about systemic change and social good navigate the roadmap to social impact. I provide social science-based research using qualitative and quantitative information and an anti-oppressive framework to help you address gaps in research and key projects, implement sustainable programmes for greater impact, and meet funding goals. I have specialized knowledge in anti-racism and mental health, but bring a holistic lens of decolonization, intersectionality, feminism, anti-oppression, anti-racism and sustainability to all projects. My co-creative and collaborative approach prioritizes empowerment to create long-term, sustainable change across your company or organization, and in the wider world.
